I think the best solution would be a rare pick at 30 players (I guess as rare as Blob can work, needs a value edited because currently it's 20 players on Secret, which is far too low). Rare enough to not piss off everyone, but means I don't have to beg the admins in lobbies to have my most recent changes tested

I think just about anyone can confirm how ridiculous bleeding is. If you're bleeding internally and externally, you're pretty much dead within the next 30 seconds no matter what you do.
Blood loss needs to slow the fuck down and not kill you as fast. Shotguns are probably the most lethal weapons, and it doesn't even matter what range they're fired at, or what limb they're targetting, you basically will always die. But thats just the extreme example, even minor examples like a fire extinguisher hit to the chest causing something to rupture and you to start bleeding is enough to kill you in less then a minute.

The Syndicate balloon exists to take away all your TC, reveal that you're a traitor, and also to show that you're robust enough to deal with both of those **WITH ONE HAND.** However, whenever someone sees one, they think "is this guy really a Syndicate agent?" and ignore it, because they know that if they act on it, the guy holding it can just ahelp "IT'S JUST A BALLOON WTF", which I agree with. It _IS_ just a balloon. Nobody would kill someone over holding a balloon with a letter on it.
All of this just completely removes the point of the item, so here's my proposed solution (which you may have seen in the thread a week or so ago):
-Balloon is replaced with "Syndicate Advertisement Bundle" on the TC exchange PDA screen
-Box contains both a Syndicate balloon, and also a new item; a Syndicate t-shirt, which would basically just be a red t-shirt with an S on it that occupies the armor slot
-Having just one item on your person does **NOT** make you valid (it's JUST a balloon/it's JUST a t-shirt, etc), but having both **DOES** (you can be considered a Syndicate advertising object, marking you as an enemy of NT)
What it accomplishes:
It removes your TC, completely reveals you without a question if you're wearing both, and even gimps you further by taking up a slot that could be armor or a hardsuit, but there's nothing stopping you from just trashing the shirt and using the balloon like how it was before the addition of the shirt.

When attempting to put on the captains armor along with the helmet I found out that it no longer counts as a hardsuit when it comes to being in space. I was taking pressure damage and tested a few times to see what was going on as to whether it was an issue with gloves/shoes as it was reported things would be happening with them soon. I can verify that it is 100% broken at this point and mostly just counts as armor.

There's no fear of death in the game, because as long as a person's body gets found, they can be brought back to life with a few clicks. Cloning is certainly necessary at some point because of the rare cases of people who get 500 burn damage or something like that, but the existence of defibrillators means that most patients are revivable with meds+bloodbacks+surgery. But hardly anyone ever does this because the cloner is easier with no penalty.
I think at the very least, the cloner shouldn't be there at round start, and should be a max-research machine that the mechanic has to build for Medbay. That's not much since Science has research+minerals 20 minutes into most rounds, but it's a start. Mainly I just think cloning should be changed so that it's a LAST resort, rather than a first one. Make bringing people back to life a little harder than operating a microwave.
Maybe people would be more afraid of dying if it'd send them on Medbay's wild ride instead of them just having to be popped into the cloner and then into cryo.

Right now cult antagbans makes the person immune to being converted, this is bad because it might fuck over future cults. When they will try to convert said person, they won't be able to, this means that they have wasted their time, effort and are at a serious risk of being ousted, because of an antag ban.
I have a solution.
Make it so that people banned from cult are drawn into the realms of Nar-Sie, removing them 100% from the round. No gibs, no remains, just completely removed from the round.
If they are so shit that they get cultbanned, this is what they deserve. It's THEIR punishment and it shouldn't punish OTHER players, such as future cultists who try to convert them.

Everyone in medbay EXCEPT paramedics can go everywhere in medbay (save for the CMO's office). Paramedics have more of a reason to be in chemistry than even doctors, seeing as they can improve their own personal cryo tube's mix or create pill bottles of cure-all pills to revive the dead in the field, or at least keep them alive long enough to get them into medbay for real treatment.

As an AI it would be a bit overpowered, but a silicon given free will is guaranteed to not be a syndie, as the syndie/malf laws would be replaced. In the Malf AI mode itself, we could see something happen like an error message, resulting in an instant reveal of the mode.
Anyway I'm just brainstorming. If it is even possible to prevent laws being changed without a major overhaul, I'd like to work on it anyway, regardless of whether it'd get merged or not.
