According to the wiki, Janitors usually clean up messes, and do the dull maintenance work usually neglected by the engineering team. This generally includes replacing lights, and other small things that aren't immediate dangers to the crew, like broken windows, and occasionally fixing AI cameras.
I want to give Janitor a few minor tweaks to help promote this playstyle, while also ensuring the janitor's niche isn't just 'a worse Engineer'.
So the janitor has their own little office, and generally that's one of the only places janitors have exclusive access. From map design on Box, right from your office, you are able to access Cargo's disposals line-- primarily used by them for the mailing system.
To the west is Recycling, where all the junk goes. I propose making this a janitor-access area-- again, cleaning up and dealing with trash. It makes sense that the janitor, the person designated to keep the station clean, would be in charge of this.
Furthermore, something I notice a lot is that when someone is gibbed, they leave behind a bunch of arms, legs, and what have you. There's not really an easy way to clean these up. For the purposes of letting them fit in the trash bag, I also propose these are made small items instead of normal items.
As a third change, possibly start the janitor off with some metal and glass to make repairs? Probably not full stacks, but enough to get them started before people start throwing recyclables away.

On top of that there where roughly 8-9 cores I could see as a ghost and they were able to freely spawn more in a very very quick succession. It makes for a great automated way to exit a long round, but the isolated pieces being able to keep spawning new pieces hurt things.
Not sure if this intentional or not, but I'd like to bring it up.

Last ops team I was on we were going to do locker ops with projectors, but that plan went out the window when some dumb ass used up all the rest of the TCs by picking random item three times. We winged it and fucked up and got spotted before even getting in the station.
Time before that I made a plan that involved me stealthing in and grabbing a telebeacon so that we could trojan horse in on me. Some asshole pushed pushed someone else into the teleporter causing a bloodred hardsut equipped op to be in the middle of the hallway.
Point is that one person can cause the entirety of the mission to be a total failure.
Options are...
Remove nuke ops from rotation. Every time we get back to back op rounds another engineer goes assistant. They almost always end in failure or they telebomb and win.
The more controversial option is to whitelist it. This is a forbidden word to use on our server, but the point stands is that one person can ruin everything. Have a sign up fourm on the forms that has a simple questionare that let's the admins know that you aren't totally retarded and are able to be a team player.
What are your thoughts?

Wizard was never balanced, and outside of disintegrate being removed (which was a great move), it feels like all sorts of changes have been made over time to "balance" it at the cost of it being any fun to play.

I just personally feel that a weapon that is an instant knockout, guaranteed one-shot-kill, that is completely undetectable until use, and can't be stripped or disarmed is a bit too strong. Especially since changelings can already paralyze and silence people in the same manner.
Previously when the sting was lexorin it was still a fast death, but at least you could fight back or call for help or do literally anything before it killed you.
I don't think I'm alone in this.

If the above is put through, could we expand the function of the Role Selection bit of character creation, so that if someone does NOT tick Rev/Cult, then they also can't be converted, or perhaps tie it in with the Pro/Anti Nanotrasen thing?
This way, it's very clear who you can and cannot convert, whether it be due to being banned, hating the game mode, being unready for antag modes, etc etc etc and further removes admins from having to moderate who can or can't play cultist/rev. It's not a big hassle but it's kind of annoying.

The other day @Konater walked around halluc stinging everyone in sight and no one could do a damn thing despite the obviousness of what was happening because the only way to know was OOC/metaknowledge. Today someone who is an otherwise decent guy snapped and force borged a guy to find out if he was a ling.
I do not like this mode. It results in salt and overhead.
