#### Description of issue
when you evolve from diona nymph to adult you can choose a name and this name isn't forced to have capital letters; when you create an ID on the ID computer it forces to have capital first letters on each word in the name; names are case sensitive, so you can see stuff like this in game:

also, the security records console doesn't force you to use capital letters; this means that if you create a record without capital letters it will not match the ID and the crew manifest will not update if its job is changed (at the moment you can fix this changing the name in the security record and then change again the job using the ID computer to update the crew manifest).
to fix these issues all 3 situations should have the same behaviour:
forcing first capital letter on each name's word like the ID computer when naming a diona or a security record (preferred)
or
letting the ID computer use names without capital letters like diona names and security records console

Thought that must have meant I missed earlier ones, so I scrolled up to where I prayed and reviewed the entire chat log multiple times. That was definitely the only message I was sent. They're hard to miss.
When I first noticed during the round, I pasted my chatlog in a text file and ctrl+f'd for more messages. Nada. Saved my chatlog at the end of the round, but it doesn't even go back far enough to catch the message I did get, and it overwrote the first one.
Figured something was wrong, so I checked the logs after the round and saw I was sent four subtlepms.

in the "card skin" section of the identification computer there is no skin for cargo jobs IDs.
i haven't tried all the jobs so i don't know if something else is missing.

if you link the syndicate radio channel to a subspace broadcaster, a tcomms bus, and a server, you can listen in on anything said on the syndicate channel. this can be used to find out if there are nuke ops/vox squads.

the syndicate channel was able to be recorded with telecomms equipment. scripts could even be run, though I don't recall being able to pass any messages to the syndie channel. I could tell when someone spoke on syndie radio though!

- account database and isolation centrifuge are unbolted from the floor, therefore you can pull them around; additionally, there is no way to bolt them, wrench has no effect.
- disease analyzer and pathogenic incubator are bolted, but there is no way to unbolt them, wrench has no effect.

In this picture, Pun Pun is holding a flipped card in his right hand, and a card with its face shown in his left. I think it would be better if cards acted like the card in his right hand when examined by another player, regardless of what side it is flipped to.
