I didn't think to check in-game to see if it affects the AI, but there's nothing in the code that makes me think it doesn't. The camera monitor shows the player all the turfs (that fit on the screen) the selected camera has a line of sight on, regardless of view_range.
I don't think it matters for the camera monitor, but I did set the view_range directly rather than through the setViewRange proc. If that is the source of the problem, though, feel free to accost me.

I'm pretty sure some of the roundstart platings were called floor after I floored them, though, so I don't know.

So the problem is you have to build and expand your AME upwards in meta and deff due to room design and that causes problems with AME (cores do not appear and AME becomes a hunk of useless metal). However if you build it like you do on box wich is from left to right, it works.
Coders and/or mappers can fix this by adjusting AME rooms on meta and deff so you can build your AME from left to right or fixing AME code.

If you shoot a laser into a single portal, that's fine. But when you shoot a laser into a portal with the other portal placed so that it loops, you get a problem. The overlays never go away, which not only looks weird (there's just a big laser there) but can also cause lag in extreme cases. (Using the teleporter and a portal gun, I shot a bunch of lasers into the same portal loop and pretty quickly racked up over 2000 overlays on each tile between the portals, which caused a substantial framerate drop for anyone nearby. I think this could be done with the hand teleporter plus teleporter base and thus would be possible in-game, but it would be a fair bit harder.)
Luckily, there's a delay between something entering a portal and coming out the other one, or else this would be a much bigger problem.

#### Description of issue
Every round or two, I'll end up with an object that I absolutely cannot VV without it disconnecting me. As in, I'll hit "view variables", get met with a frozen screen, and then I'll have ended up disconnecting/reconnecting to the server without ever seeing the variables.
Other objects of the same type aren't affected, and typically other admins can VV the one I'm having trouble with.
Off the top of my head I recall a RUST Gyrotron control computer, door bolt control button(one of the ones in metaclub dorms), and a taser turret giving me trouble while none of the others of the same type did.

I can not find any consistency between what objects cause this to happen, as it just seems to be a different object every round.
I can't recall it happening with turfs or mobs, but I probably haven't VV'd them enough to run into it.

'viruses' only contains shit like robotic transformation and magnitis I guess, and I doubt that it was intended for mednanos to ONLY cure those considering how rare they are. But a catbeast infected from a shattered virus tray then given 5u mednanos when their eyes started watering progressed unimpeded through gaben, giggles, and arachno.

The subspace tunneler, for the uninitiated, is a makeshift gun that, when loaded with bluespace crystals and a super matter bin, can grab and store any item that can be held in the hand, as well as almost any machine if given a natural bluespace crystal. It can also teleport these stored items to any space in that the user can see. The ability to take nearly anything from the station, stuff it in an item that can be held in your hand, and teleport it anywhere you can see naturally leads to a lot of opportunities to break parts of the game. Here are a few examples of the stuff you can do with the tunneler:
1.you can take any item you see/teleport items to any space you see, even through walls or surveillance cameras.
This bug was talked about briefly in https://github.com/d3athrow/vgstation13/issues/11836, but ultimately the decision was made to just not allow the tunneler to warp people to centcomm, which was one way to abuse this. However, with this item, people can still:
-teleport bombs anywhere on the station, including restricted areas! (admittedly, telesci can do this too via shoving a bluespace crystal in their teleporter, but they have to figure out the co-ordinates. with the gun, all you gotta do is click)
-steal anything from anywhere without leaving a trace!
-with clever use a teleporter beacon and hand tele, be able to warp anywhere in camera vision!
-circumvent dangerous z-levels that have valuable rewards by making a camera with x-ray vision that can see the loot room/looking at the loot room yourself with x-ray vision, teleporting a beacon into the room, and hand tele-ing yourself to the loot room via the beacon!
1. Outside of a small banned item list, you can really teleport ANYTHING, including some items that aren't meant to move.
a good example of this is the SMES. the SMES is not suppposed to move once it's made, it's supposed to be deconstructed and reconstructed to where it needs to be. this means that moving a smes from one powergrid to another one and trying to hook it up does nothing, as there wasn't anything programmed for that possibility. Other examples are parts of multi-tile machines, like the gateway, or the teg, or parts of the AME. I haven't tested it on space pods, but it probably does the same to them too. Another example would be the nuke disk; while it's a banned item, you can circumvent that by putting it in a container, like a locker, cheese wheel, or cake. backpacks don't seem to work, though.Lastly, you can store/teleport lockers, which can hold people in them. this last one is mostly notable because of...
2. The Subspace Tunneler can be destroyed via the destructive analyzer, destroying any items inside of it.
To its credit, it seems that the tunneler is supposed to eject any items inside of it upon destruction, as it gives a message about how the items inside it are forcibly ejected as they're destroyed, but unfortunately no actual ejection takes place. While I have yet to be on the receiving end of this, I assume that for living things it's like being cremated; your body doesn't exist anymore in the game world, you're done, round over for you. With this you can also destroy the gateway (no away missions for you, station!) and the nuke disk(I'm not sure if it comes back).
Honestly, it may be better to just scrap the item than to fix all the bugs it causes and could, in the future, cause. it's a very obscure item, not many people use it, and there's not much use for it, other than to griff, steal items, and abuse bugs.
PS: Some of the more broken parts (stealing lockers with people in them, stealing machines) require the use of a rare natural bluespace crystal, which can only be found through abandoned mining crates or bluespace slimes. This makes the broken situations rarer, but whether or not they're rare enough to justify the tunneler's continued existance or broken effects is up to you.

tried on all mediums the gas is 0 degrees Celsius. Sometimes being 1 degree higher or lower. I connected the canister to them to verify it wasnt the gas reader derping and released the gas in the room it did turn it reduce the room temp when opened

As stated, the only way a ghost can get rid of nullspace is jumping to a mob or teleporting out of it and then reconnecting. The teleporter doesn't work after the beacon is gone for the living as it should be.

I do the stupid thing of filling my tank with heated plasma and start breathing it, then a whole medical shenanigans happens (check steps) aaand... I suddenly have the speed of a snail.

I had the spped equivalent to that of a treeman(while running), while not necessarily one.
Not food nor hyperzine could fix the problem (hyperzine made me a little faster, but it was more like a walking speed).

To get well and return to whatever I was doing.

Started to move like a snail... while running.

-Fill your plasma tank with heated plasma.(dumb thing to do)
-After a while, when effects start to show, take it off.
-Faint.
-Have someone administer dexalin until you wake up (maybe have a medibot help?).
-Wait until you take some damage, enter a sleeper, exit the sleeper.
-Enter a cryo, wait until fully healed, get out, have someone put you in a hemostat regulator.
-Now start breathing plasma again, from the plasma tank which looks like a rectangle.

Summoning wrapped lockers/crates with a compressed matter implant makes them dissapear
i did this on the test server so i don't know if it works properly on the real server

Actually I see what it is
`/obj/structure/closet/wardrobe/New()` calls the parent but also adds all its clothes to it. Since the specialized wardrobes are children of it, they can't call the parent without also adding the parent's clothes. So they just add their own clothes and never call the super's New.
Guess the solution is to make the parent wardrobe type an empty version of it and change all the specialized ones to be children of that, but then you'd have to move the default wardrobe clothes to one of those and replace the path in maps.

The sme chamber and the SME room has different atmosphere and none of them are venting despite the fact that all airlocks are open.
The room I am in is 100% nitrogen despite the fact that scrubbers are on scrubbing N2 and I opened a full O2 can.
The outer room is "normal" 20/80% with bouth airlocks open to space.

The SME chamber should have been scrubbed clean of N2 and have 3500mol O2.
After opening the door to the SME room the atmosphere should have equalized.
After opening the airlocks to space it should have been decompressing the whole room.

O2 misteriously wanished from the chamber and is still 100% N2.
SME room has normal atmos, not even any temperature change and holds gasses despide being open to space.

1. Unable to equip, no magboots or helmet means no light, darkness becomes an enemy to a maint monster. zas becomes hell despite horror form being "unstunnable"
2. ~Force Airlock Doesn't work at all, tried various things.~
3. No way to tell your health, regenerating doesnt remove vision loss from damage, eventually decays till I can't see again and have to regen so I can at least see a bit again.
4. Hardboil is a positive power that makes it hard to see in the dark. BECAUSE its a positive power, you can't regenerate it away, though I'm not sure if regenerate removes bad powers either.
5. Why Can Horror form pick up items anyways? shouldnt it just be a monster? If you pick up an item in combat, it drasticly reduces the damage you're doing to people if you don't notice right away.
6. Okay this is the same issue, I'm just not sure the cause. I hope at least.
Had an issue last night where I was healing a player who had internal bleeding and a fracture in their head.
When performing surgery I could not use the fix-o-vein to heal the bleeding as it kept saying there was no way to use it. After the surgery was over the internal bleeding no longer showed on the patient.
When given a blood transfusion however, their blood level did NOT increase, staying at 30% while the blood pack drained out.
Now I'm not sure which would be the cause of the issue involved.
My hunch is that the internal bleeding didnt actually cure, so the blood level didnt increase, but it could be a problem with the blood bags.

When you deconstruct the little broken remains of a grille that has been battered down, it only spawns a rod if there isn't a rod on the tile already.

Expected the rods to either autostack or both be on the tile after deconstruction.
Got some weird deletion.

>Vamps can't see on the Mining Rock properly with Meson Scanners. In areas they have mined it is INCREDIBLY dark so it makes it hard for them to navigate. Makes it difficult when trying to kill the other miners for their blood.

#### Description of issue
When an escape pod jumps to hyperspace the inside of the pod is displayed as absolute darkness, can't see shit even when lights are active.
#### Difference between expected and actual behavior
**Expected**
* Jump to hyperspace
* Can see the inside of the pod
**Actual**
* Jump to hyperspace
* CAN'T SEE SHIT CAP'N
#### Steps to reproduce
This has happened as both borer and diona nymph, I haven't played human recently.
As diona (the video below) we were all resting to fit in.
* Go in pod
* Go to hyperspace

a guy left me in the body scanner after surgery. i couldn't eject using the verb in the right-click menu or the object tab.

2. go to medbay
3. guy takes you to surgery
4. tells you to sleep
5. go do a thing in another window
6. come back
7. you are in body scanner
8. your vision is clear, yet you're unconscious
9. try to eject
10. cannot
