Most of the sprites are already upscaled with nearest neighbor interpolation by a script I made, but we need to do more than that. This issue servers as a way to keep track of what needs to be done:
#### Pixel offsets
Because we have double the icon size we need to double the pixel offsets of everything. Sadly this is very complicated.
#### Higher resolution lighting overlay

Scratch that it results in a complete fucking mess anyways. Really gonna need some help to reverse engineer it and fix it.
The lighting overlay has 4 corners, each corner has an associated channel in the PNG:
- **Bottom left:** Red
- **Bottom right:** Green
- **Top left:** Blue
- **Top right:** Alpha
The lighting overlay is interpolated between these 4 colours. The issue is the way it's interpolated.
- On the edges of the sprite, the interpolation is linear. (bottom center is ~128 red).
- On the diagonals, it's a square root function. This is (luckily) just a `sqrt(x)` so it's relatively simple.
Between diagonals and edges... Some mixture of the 2 probably. Help with this would be appreciated. I did try to use bilinear or bicubic resampling on the lighting overlay to upscale it but both resulted in an unusable mess.

They're gifs and PNGs, shouldn't be too hard to upscale.

For comparison, Taxi has seven, and Box has ten. These are much more clumped stations and the rechargers have easy access.
While yes, rechargers can be built with ease, you never notice the lack of them until you have a blinking red light in the battery and have to make a run to the ones in science, the most obvious ones.
PS: Make that six, there's another one near the AI core besides the red phone.

However ever since it's release I have yet to get a killer tomato outside of xenobotany means (random seed happens to have killer tomato sprite) and I've never seen them grown by other botanist either. I'm pretty sure that they're broken, as I have no problem with any other mutation except this very specific one.

While it initially seemed like a fun idea to be able to shut off every vent in an emergency, this is a problematic outcome. Caveat is it has to be on the same frequency. Interestingly, I don't think it works the same for injectors but I have not tested that.

If you'd like to cut your teeth on spriting it can't get much easier than this. People have no expectations but it really needs done. Here is the big ol list of boxes that need sprites.

in my humble opinion they should be available like the other maps, one way could be to modify the storage, for example like this:

1- airlocks with normal engineering access
2- there is a button inside the storage to open the shutters, it's been moved inside the new secure section
3- in this example the storage is now 1 tile longer, these lattices are meant to aid people spacewalking on that corner outside the station
