So I conclude, since my office wasn't touched by plasma prior, that you can get contamination by going through pipes under a plasma filled area.

I made an airlock using the RCD and purged the gas out of one of the adjacent room and both of the rooms were emptied. I had the same issue with airlocks made with metal sheets, wires and airlock electronics.

The hand/RCD made airlock let gas pass throught them.
#### What you expected to happen
Airlocks block gas from going out of the room.
#### What actually happened
Both room were emptied.
#### Steps to reproduce if possible
Make a room with an airlock that you made (with metal sheets or RCD), build some pipe with an unary vent in the room you want to empty and an injector leading to space, set the unary vent to purge, turn both on (using AAC) and enjoy the airlock blocking gas not working.

'Advancing to Code Blue must be precipitated with evidence of the following: Murder, hostile alien activity(changelings, xenomorphs), occult activity(vampires, cultists), members of the Syndicate, blah blah blah', along with a text box in order to put a message which then gets sent to Centcomm(Admins)- this way we could determine pretty easily whether or not they went Code Blue just to valid hunt.
This is in order to give more weight to Green, Red, Blue code levels, level out escalation a bit, and hopefully do away with, 'omg he tased and searched me 4 no raisin and found my cult tome.', as well as empowering the stealth approach in some ways, as well as giving Security extra leeway once the round type has been exposed without-a-doubt.

I guess it seemed weird since it was turning a simple mob into something other than a simple mob, thereby removing its AI entirely. It makes me wonder if it'd work on objects animated by the staff of change.
Maybe instead of working as intended, or just not working, it could just randomly cycle them through other simple mobs? So it wouldn't be entirely useless, since it could render something incredibly dangerous into something relatively harmless, but it wouldn't be predictable, either.

Why do you not want to raise the potency of this item? Because no matter how high the potency, both the nutriment and the spiritbreaker stay at 1 and 10 respectively while every other chemical raises in the amounts. The fix for this bug would to at minimum, allow more spiritbreaker for higher potency ambrosia C.

#### Description of issue
/obj/machinery/door/window for some reason is being a prick and letting crates pass right through it into /obj/machinery/disposal/deliveryChute when the conveyor is on.

Supposed to be dense. I checked the variable and it is dense. But things still pass through.

Turn on the conveyors in cargo and let a crate run through.
