Lings brought back to game as borers can hear ling chat

Revision 5e515d87 General description of the issue Lings that are dead (i.e. exploded, cremated, grinded, cannot revive, etc.), when brought back into the round as a borer, can hear ling chat. However, those who get this bug cannot speak in ling chat.

What you expected to happen I expected to revive as a borer, and to not hear ling chat

What actually happened Ling chat was heard

Steps to reproduce if possible

1. Be ling
2. Blow self up. I used an AME explosion. 3.return to the round as a borer.
3. when another ling speaks, you'll just hear it in ling chat as if you're still a ling.
