General description of the issue When refunding spells, you will still lose your artificer spell(s) and not get the points back.

So say you buy sould stone belt+artificer twice and take 3 spells, refund, you lose all your spells including the artificer spells but you wont get the points back becasue you still have your artifact stone belts

What you expected to happen Lose the artificer spells when you shove the belt back in like you do with other artifacts like the apprentice scroll.

What actually happened Lost my artificer spells and didn't notice till I was aboard.

Steps to reproduce if possible Take artificerx2, force wall, jaunt, teleport

Hit refund

Lose all your spells including artificer but only have 3/5 points
