Nuke Vault is not Telescience Shielded

I was digging through the map files playing with Telescience on boxstation and saw that the jammed state of the nuke vault area is 0 when it should be set either to 1 or 2. IMO 2 is probably better because that is inviting a Telescientist to run around with the nuke and get robusted or stolen by nukeops. However I suppose it could be argued 'muh freedumbs' and be left at 1 like the rest of the secure areas. Should be a simple fix if it's decided to be changed.
