when tcomms is delayed, so is your whispers when speaking into headsets

Kind of self explanitory. When tcomms is delayed you can still 'say' things (not into a headset) at normal speed, as it would be expected, but radio chatter takes longer. What also takes longer is the whisper you make when speaking into a headset, which should normally come out as fast as just normal talking, but is also delayed with tcomms.
So for example, you could 'say "Hey I'm a scientist" normally and everyone in hearing range could hear you the moment you said it.
But if you do 'say ";Hey I'm a scientist" Not only will the green Common Channel text be delayed, but anyone standing next to you wouldn't hear your whisper into the headset either until tcomms processed it.
