Monkeys dragged to maintenance aren't shielded from radiation belts

A radiation belt hit the station so I dragged all the monkeys in viro to the maint (which is now properly shielded) but as soon as the station entered the belt, the monkeys started taking toxin damage. Some of them started passing out. It stopped once we left the belt.
