Expanded syndie multitool functionality

Came up in https://github.com/d3athrow/vgstation13/issues/1584. The tator multitool could be expanded into an all-round bug scanner, detecting things like pAIs and voice recorders too. Very neat thing to have.

Fairly simple to do (would do myself but no internet for 2 weeks)
