Arrivals waste loop (red pipes) is not connected to Atmospherics

Found this out when trying to transport non-oxygen/nitrogen gasses via the scrubbers loop to Ghetto Bar. The unconnected scrubbers network includes Primary Tool Storage, Vacant Office, Locker Rooms, Arrivals, Ghetto Bar, Arrivals Sec Checkpoint. Connected areas include Locker Room Showers, Art Storage and Space Pod Hangar. Pic related is where the Air Supply Pipes (Blue Pipes) from Atmos connects to rooms in the unconnected scrubbers network but not the Scrubbers Pipes.
