Posibrains cant get put into mechs

Probably an unintended consequence of pull #2462, you cant put posibrains into mechs. You get a posibrain-mech initialization failed message.

It's unknown how long this has existed for precisely, but there is nothing else codewise that should have prevented putting in a perfectly normal posibrain.
