[Feature request] As a ghost, all speech from characters on screen is bold

A quality of life change that I would really love, one of the things Goon has over us. I know there are people out there including myself that enjoy observing a lot of the time and with the ability to hear everyone on the map at once it becomes a bit of a clusterfuck when you're trying to watch specific people.

Basically, make all text from players on screen bolded when a ghost to make it easier to see who is talking.
