[Feature Request/Bug] Tile Painter needs n2 decal and has broken icons

N2 is suspiciously absent from the decal list, and should be added.

Gray tile selection has several broken images/icons

Finally here's two that aren't bugs but could definitely use a little love. First the derelict station logo should be reordered so the top tile colors are at the top. It doesn't make too much sense to put the bottom on the top.

And the SS13 logo, jesus h christ look at it. Re-order it how I recommended the Derelict one looks like please.
