[Bug] You can manipulate an RPD without it being in your hands

So just about every person to mess with atmos has realized at some point you can leave the RPD menu up and change pipes even if you've stowed the RPD itself in your backpack. I'm sure it hasn't been reported much because it's a low priority bug.

I realized a moment ago that it has some potential for abuse. You can remove it from your person entirely, walk away, and change selections to create sparks. Add a fuel source.. hallway griff. It's probably time someone added a check to make sure you cannot change the selection on RPDs without it being in your active hand.
