What you expected to happen Not getting the same power multiple times

What actually happened Got the same power multiple times

Steps to reproduce if possible Wait for radiation to hit the station, get radiated to try to get powers, when another radiation wave happens, you might get the power you got before, resulting in having the same power twice. They don't even share cooldown.
