Spells that used give a list of targets no longer do so

I can't even tell if they target randomly or whoever is closest. For the stuff you need to be adjacent to people for I can understand (except maybe mind swap) but I think the ranged spells like blind, subjugate, flesh to stone, shoe snatching and horsemask suffer greatly from it
