ID Console (obj/machinery/computer/card) UI is absent

I got no explanation for this. The player stated he put his ID into the console, then the target ID, and hit custom job. Then the UI disappeared.

Every UI. For all of the ID consoles. Even when we spawned in 40 of them with build mode to break the ice. All of them had no UI.

Send help. It was working fine last round and will probably work fine next round.
