PDA Reagent Scanners have a ridiculously long range

Revision (Should be above if you're viewing this from ingame!) fff91a99 General description of the issue The PDA Reagent scanner can scan everything within your vision. Not sure if it is a bug or a feature, but might be a bit exploitable.

What you expected to happen The Reagent scanner to only scan things within touch range.

What actually happened I could see the reagents in anything from any distance using the PDA Reagent Scanner

Steps to reproduce if possible Enable your PDA's Reagent Scanner. Tried with the Scientist's Signaler Ace PDA cartridge, in case it's just that cartridge that is the issue. Put your PDA in your active hand You can now magically see what's in food, people, etc. from any distance using just your PDA. If you can see it, you can scan it for reagents.
