General description of the issue Signallers and timers do not open a tank transfer valve.

What you expected to happen Signallers and timers opening a TTV under the proper circumstance.

What actually happened They did not. The bomb did blow up later upon admin intervention.

Steps to reproduce if possible Attach signaller to bomb, activate its signal. Or attach timer, turn it on, wait for it to time out.

Note: Might also affect proxy sensors and voice analyzers; did not test those.
