Plant produce chems disappear at high potency

Since plant products have a maximum amount of chems in them (100), only the first few chems carry onto the plant with high enough potency since there is no room for the rest.

Each chem should make up a weighted fraction of the maximum chem amount allowed. They should also be capped at 1 minimum per chem.

This plant is supposed to have 2 other chems after radium, notice how little radium there is.
