Bar inconsistencies

1. The bartender gets an RSF on every map (two on Meta) (???) but only gets compressed matter cartridges for it on Box.
2. The bartender gets a double barrel on Box and Meta but a standard shotgun on Taxi and Deff.
3. The bartender does not get a rag on Box.
