General description of the issue

Empty cryotube can't be turned off during a power outage

What you expected to happen

Cryotube would turn off during a power outage, or at least I'd be able to turn it off during one.

What actually happened

Cryotube stayed on during power outage and was unable to be turned off.

Steps to reproduce if possible

Wait for power outage, try to turn off cryotube
