Xenobotany does not exist on Taxi Station

General description of the issue There are no machines for any sort of Xenobotany on the research outpost on Taxi.

What you expected to happen To have Xenobotany equipment on the research outpost

What actually happened There are no seed machines, Xenobotany machines at all, nothing. Just 4 patches of dirt and a shovel. It can't even function as a basic botany room without even seeds in the room. The Vox outpost has more machines than the research outpost botany room, and that's just terrible.

Steps to reproduce if possible Go to asteroid enter the hydroponics room see a 3x4 room with no seeds, machines, or basic Botany equipment to even do Botany
