Medbay Freezer inconsistencies

In Box, the Paramed's freezer starts on at roundstart, and it's set to 80K. This means that Paramed Cryo will always be chilled 5 minutes into the round. However, Medbay's general Cryo freezer starts off, which means that if nobody thought of turning it on, it's gonna take a while for Cryo to chill so people can start using it. This is good. This is dandy and it's something to remember for Medbay.

HOWEVER, Metaclub's general Cryo freezer starts on, and it's set to room temperature. This means that somebody none-the-wiser could see the freezer being turned on, assume that someone else already set it to chill, and leave it that way. This leaves Cryo warm.
