Ashtrays are shitcode

You can put cigarettes, cigarette butts, matches, burnt matches, blunts, blunt butts, and maybe other things in them, which eventually fills them up. Throwing them resets their sprite to empty and dumps out all the cigarettes, but nothing else in them. If you fill an ashtray up with burnt matches, it is, as far as I know, permanently useless.
