Crew monitoring computer, text mode

When watching the crew monitoring computes in text mode, the text is "compressed" on the left side wasting a lot of space on the window; it could be easier to read if the name column will be larger, so names + last names could enter in a single row this way

Name Lastname (Job)

and longer names wouldn't overlap with damage types like the vox's one in the picture.

Additionally, names are listed by job type; when i search someone on the crew monitor i usually search them by name, so in my opinion it would be better if they were sorted by name instead of the job.
