SPS bug

Short description of bug

Shoe snatchin willie (ling) stripped me while I had an SPS in my pocket

What you expected to happen

The SPS alerts the rest of sec and willie gets busted

What actually happened

Willie forced his probiscus into me and I'll be traumatized for the rest of my life

Additional info

I think it could have something to do with silencing the character, as willie got me with a silence sting before he stripped me, and the round before this one the HoS had gotten parapenned and stripped and his SPS didn't alert anyone
