Give bar stools a in-hand sprite

In-hand sprites are easily the most annoying thing to do as far as spriting goes, two times four directions with pixel shifts and invisibility carving, but someone has to do it

  • Gave the bar stool its own description, in line with the other stool types
  • Added a left hand and right hand sprite, they were put in the newsprites file since there doesn't seem to be a good file to put stools in currently
