fix fullscreen again, also cleans up AI's life.dm

Fixes a runtime in fullscreen.dm if a thing is null and adds debug output I have no idea what'd be adding non-objs to screens so woo

Now includes:

  • AI lifecode cleanup
  • Removing blind and flash as vars because these should be handled by fullscreen.dm now
