kick_act() for ID Ejection

Computers as well as ATMs and fax machines now have a 50% chance to eject the ID inserted into them, if any, when kicked.

  • rscadd: Computers, ATMs, and fax machines can now be kicked to cause them to eject the ID inside of them.
