Remove cyborg power cells as a component that can be damaged, or provide a "powered down" sprite, examine notification, and message in the combat log when a cyborg's battery is destroyed
Created by: Hoshi-chan
As it is, a cyborg can take an explosion, lose their power cell to damage, and be unable to speak, hear, open firelocks, pull objects, etc. They are functionally dead, but they APPEAR alive to anything but examination of their insides.
Please, make it so that power cell damage provides a log notification, such as, "H.O.S.H.I.'s power cell fails and it powers down!", so that examination of a cyborg notifies people of this state, even as simple as, "It's missing its power cell!" (the way you'd see a debrained individual as missing their brain) and/or make it so that borgs change to their "destroyed" sprite when powered down, where their lights go out and it's clear that something is seriously wrong, so that someone will drag it to robotics.
Alternatively, simply remove power cells as an internal component capable of receiving damage. As if going blind and being unable to open doors after an encounter with a space carp isn't bad enough, just try to pantomime to the roboticist by way of wiggling that your cell needs to be replaced, assuming you can reach him through all of the firelocks undoubtedly in your way.
The undeath of power cell failure is terrible. Please fix it or remove it.
