Defibrillator Issues

It's been a minute since I really played medical. However, there seem to be some issues with defibbing.
When at 186 oxygen damage, defibbing does not work.
When at 186 oxygen damage, injecting dexalin plus and defibbing does not work.
When at, say, 186 oxygen damage and 20 brute damage, defibbing does not work.
This was tested at two levels of blood; 22 ish units and 66 ish and 75 ish units of blood.
When I used to play medbay pretty heavily, probably up until January or February, maybe March or May, when I went to defib someone I would do the following things:
I would make sure total damage of brute, toxin, and burns did not equal to 200 damage(results in being unable to be defibbed). I would then inject dexalin plus, dexalin, or inaprovaline, and iron/nutriment as necessary, through pills or forcefeeding. I would then defib. This would successfully revive someone each and every time In particular, there was a lot of leeway in defibbing.
As long as dexplus was in the system, oxygen damage was irrelevant upon defib. This was a plus because many, many deaths are blood/oxygen related, and allows you to revive many people rather than forcing them through cloning.
The larger issue here is, however, that defibbing doesn't seem to work properly, if at all.
