Camera view_range doesn't affect cameras viewed from a camera monitor

I didn't think to check in-game to see if it affects the AI, but there's nothing in the code that makes me think it doesn't. The camera monitor shows the player all the turfs (that fit on the screen) the selected camera has a line of sight on, regardless of view_range. I don't think it matters for the camera monitor, but I did set the view_range directly rather than through the setViewRange proc. If that is the source of the problem, though, feel free to accost me.
