Balancing: Necromorphs

Description of issue
Player-controlled Necromorphs are super slow and super fragile, absolutely HARAM. They cannot really chase, they cant really fight, getting shot by a laser takes off like 40% of their health. Besides that, their NPC version are a million times better than the player controlled one. Also inable to lay down on the ground to plan the classic Dead Spess "it's just a corpse OH SHIT IT'S ALIVE" trap
Difference between expected and actual behavior
Expected killer machines that are only susceptible to limb removal. what i got are pretty much cows armed with executioner's blades
Possible additions:
-Option to force airlocks -Option to force firelocks -Take less damage -Are quicker -Give them a basic hud -throw humies into a marker to turn them into necromorphs -Rest-command should work
