Adds Luminol and UV light

  • Adds luminol and UV light. Any cleaned blood which is sprayed by luminol is revealed under the light.
  • Recipe, R&D design, adds to detective closet
  • Sterilizine permanently hides blood

Shiggy's port wasn't in perfect working order, but I tweaked it and tested it. It's functional.

Edit: Travis failed, so I guess those warnings about line endings were something serious. I'll look into it later.
