Two minor Deff fixes

Fixes https://github.com/d3athrow/vgstation13/issues/10197 Deff Toxins having bad firelocks and non plasma glass windows. Tinted windows break in fires. That's bad. Fixes Deff Xenobio big chamber not having a scrubber. Borers can't escape. Neither can ayys but lets just assume xenobiologists will weld it like sane people.
