adds a new vault to the game

Here it is as it would appear in game.

Its a simple and small vault (only 15 x 15 tiles and it doesn't use all of them) with some okay/10 loot. You can get a 10 stack of diamond, a retro laser and a comms console board.

Note: The lighting on the corners in space looks funky as hell but there is little I can do about this currently, its a consequence of goonlight and hopefully someone else will be able to resolve it. The same issue can be seen with the arrival / escape shuttles.
