Telepad

adds a way to compensate for the telepads drift directly into the telescience console.

example :

• I want to send something at (100,100,1) and I know the drift is (-5, 2) I simply need to set the offset to (-5,2) and the console will compensate for the drift, no more math!

tested and works like a charm
