Adds fat outer suits and fat detective clothing

Fat people now have fat-specific variants for their outer clothing, making it so we can start getting rid of the armor sprites that cut off fatties' bellies when looked at from the side.

Right now the only sprite that actually has a fat-variant is the detective coat, added with this PR. (THANKS NIGGLY)

Outer clothing also now falls off when you become fat if you can no longer wear it. The prisoner fat uniform was set to be the orange uniform, switched to the prisoner uniform. Detective fat uniform was also misnamed (det instead of detective).
