Borer Names

When there are a lot of borers talking over cortical link, it can be confusing to remember who's who when all you have to go on is one of four prefixes and a random three-digit number.

Borers now receive a random proper name when they spawn, as well as a prefix that is based on their number of direct ancestors. All roundstart borers are Primaries, all borers birthed by Primaries are Secondaries, et cetera. The chain ends at nine ancestors; a borer birthed by a Denary will still be a Denary. Also, when a borer speaks to its host via thought-speech, observers can now see which of that host's limbs it is inhabiting.

The list of borer names was taken from the names of the families of the orders of the obsolete taxonomic class of non-arthropod invertebrates, Vermes.

This PR only affects borers' true names, the names that show up to observers and other borers over cortical link. Borers still appear in the "borer (263)" format when observed by other mobs.
