Expands accessories to all clothing items

PRing this before I do anything with it for muh atomicity Touches up accessories to allow them to be attached to any clothing item. Ties and medals can now be attached to exosuits and such, because why the hell not Adds pink square for testing.

To do:

  • Attach and unattach multiple accessories at once, see if anything goes wrong, see if the verbs disappear
  • Test storage accessories to see if anything broke
  • Test holsters to see if anything broke
  • Make the holster verb more good
  • Remove pink square

Oh boy guess what, updateiconcode is also terrible and in need of a refactor!!
