Fix the Trading Shuttle's areas

Since the dock area and the shuttle area is roughly the same color, I missed a spot near the shuttle airlocks that had been overtaken by the dock's area

This caused the dock to be incorrectly marked as the shuttle, instead of the actual shuttle

Fixes #10879 (closed)
