Changes to the map + area sprites

• Added a fair amount of missing sprites for areas for areas I had added
• Science, Security and recent areas also received respriting due to serious errors when modifying areas here
• Added two new areas, Atmospherics Monitoring and Supermatter Room
• Added a few fixes to lighting and a maintenance door that was supposed to pass with my (now pretty much defunct) piping overhaul
