This change buffs the sleeper upgrades and slighlty nerfs un upgraded sleepers. T1 parts replaces dremaline with kelotane, T2 removes kelotane and puts dremaline back parts adds in inacusate (ear medicine), imiadzola (eye medicine) , and tricord. T3 adds in all that and alkysine and activated charcoal. I couldnt use anti tox because you could just combine it with invapro and make 999u of tricord in 3 minutes.
