Add Traitor Items for Roboticist

Adds a new set of job-specific traitor items for roboticist.

  • R.C. Controllerrcb: Small pocket sized item that can connect to cameras and remote-control boards (currently using HandTV Icon). If the borg dies, or the user gets pushed, disabled or whatever makes him drop this remote, he will lose control over the borg, or will stop viewing the camera.
  • R.C. Camerarcb: Tiny cameras that can be stuck in the borgs stealthly. They work exactly like camera bugs, but just for robots. Can be stuck to any silicon except AI cores.
  • R.C. Board rcb: Board that can be stuck in a unfinished borg like a MMI. It will complete the borg just like a regular MMI would, but it allows you to access the borg through the controller. Giving you full control and access that a borg would have.

TODO (Done):

  • Move out of WorkInProgress folder
  • Fix bug while using the RC and being gibbed by an admin, will result in losing body reference and player being stuck in a black screen
  • Limit R.C. to the same Z-Level of the borg.

Maybe some new sprites would be nice, but everything code wise is done.
