Holosuit chips

- Reworked the way holosuits work. Added holomap chips that can be added as accessories to any uniforms (one at most per uniform)
- The chips are now what defines what players can see on the holomap (such as its color, which zlevel 2 areas are drawn, what marker appears on the holomap). Chips can only see other chips with the same filter.
These nuke op chips can be spawned by admins but are otherwise unobtainable. They'll be added in another PR.
- When a player gets destroyed while he was wearing a suit with a holochip, his marker will remain on other players with the same chip's holomaps for one minute.
Being able to remove the chip can also serve in case the enemy manages to obtain one of them and you don't want them to track you.
