Removes Preferences Verbs, Modifies Skin a Bit

MMM Yeah I did a lot of things here.

Added a swap sides verbs that swaps the right side of the game with the left side of the game so chat can be on the left.

Removed all the preferences verbs.

Redid the setup character menu for new players (the general settings and special roles settings) so that they hold 100% of the functionality of preference verbs.

Added a button to the menu at the top that lets you access settings/setup character menu at any time during a round.
